Perplexed Music

I am an Executive Producer of Perplexed Music, an original short screenplay by Mark McGann about the cycle of devoted love, loss and rebirth starring Paul McGann and Emma Campbell-Jones.

An entirely crowdfunded project, the film had a private screening for cast and crew at BFI Southbank on 10 December 2017, since then it’s been selected for the Paris and Sweden Film Festivals, and won the Best Cast Award at the Red Corner Film Festival and Diamond Winner for Best Short at January’s LA Shorts Awards.

On 9 March 2018, Mark kindly asked me to represent the film at the ARFF Barcelona winners screening and to collect his award for Best Director.

In May 2018 Mark launched a supplementary project, Perplexed Music – The Album, a collection of ten original musical compositions that seeks to inspire listeners with its universal themes, poetical lyricism and haunting melodies.
